The Broomfield City Council created a Charter Review Committee. City Council would like the committee to endorse a revision to the city charter regarding the structure of the City Council. They would like to go from a 10 member council and mayor to a 3-5 person Board of Commissioners structure. You can review the past agendas and meeting minutes online.
Why do we want a smaller Board of Commissioners with more power? What problem is this solving? What is broken that needs to be fixed?
We need to show up to stay on top of this important issue.
